The Fate of Punta Banda Mexico

The Environmental Law Alliance Worldwide (ELAW), is a network of public interest lawyers from 70 countries. Since its foundation in 1989, ELAW's advocates collaborate, replicate successful environmental policies and learn from each other's experience to protect the environment, and their victories are plenty.

In this summer's ELAW newsletter read about the "The Fate of Punta Banda Mexico", and learn why they think that "It’s a David and Goliath battle, but ELAW partners and local residents are committed to protecting this land for future generations and ensuring that any development truly benefits the local community."

Thank you ELAW for your support!!
